Notes
- Associate membership is a one-off payment payable only on first being elected to that category.
- Any person wishing to join the Club, provided they have not previously been a member, may join as an Introductory Member, for the period from the time of application until the following 30th April, after which date they will be invoiced at the rate for Ordinary member.
Introduction of Direct Debit Payments
The Brookdale Club has introduced Direct Debit as its preferred payment method for subscriptions.
Direct Debit mandate forms are available now from this page (see form below).
There are a number of ADVANTAGES associated with the use of Direct Debit both for the Membership and the Club.
Membership
- Convenience – automated with no member action required beyond initial set up.
- Identical to your direct debit which you will likely to have for your telephone, utilities etc..
- Convenience – trackable through bank statement
- Convenience – saves time and effort, stationery and stamps
- Future proofed – traditional payment methods e.g. cheques are being phased out
- Future proofed – potential for future introduction of split (monthly/quarterly) payments

Annual or other changes to Direct Debit amounts will be advised in line with Direct Debit regulations via communications on the Membership board, through emails and in the Brookdale News and web site.
